Ashlyn has booked last minute events, massive events and everything in between. She is an advocate for not only our clients, but our talent as well, and has carried an extensive list of talent with her over the years - and from all over the country!

Dawn began her career managing events and market performance for Heineken USA, where she honed her skills in executing sponsored events and building strong client relationships. With over 15 years of experience in the alcohol industry, she has since led thousands of promotional campaigns for major brands like Bud Light, Stella Artois, and Dos XX. As a principal at A & D Promo Bookings, Dawn specializes in talent acquisition, overseeing promotions, and ensuring successful event execution from start to finish. Her leadership and expertise have made her a trusted partner for driving product sales and brand visibility nationwide.
A&D Promo Bookings was founded by Ashlyn and Dawn — the “A” and “D” in our name and after nearly four decades of combined experience in the food, beverage, and events space.
We met while working in retail tasting programs and immediately recognized how well our skill sets complemented each other: efficient, responsive, organized logistics, reliable execution, store-friendly communication, and high standards for professionalism.
As demos and tastings evolved, brands consistently asked to work with us directly, and referrals grew organically. This led to the creation of A&D Promo Bookings: a boutique, founder-led agency committed to clear communication, dependable staffing, and seamless demo execution — without the red tape of larger companies.
